A consulting practice shaped by context
Duskberry was established in Kuala Lumpur to address a consistent gap in the market: organisations needed consultants who understood Malaysian regulatory and business context, not frameworks imported wholesale from overseas.
From our first engagement in Bangsar, we built the practice around direct involvement. Senior consultants lead every piece of work — there's no hand-off to junior analysts once an engagement begins. Clients work with the people they meet at the outset.
Over twelve years, we've delivered more than 180 engagements across financial services, professional services, manufacturing, and technology. The work spans risk mapping, compliance architecture, and continuity planning — areas where precision and local knowledge matter.
Our office remains in Bangsar, and the team remains small by design. We take on work we can do thoroughly, not at volume.

Every engagement is led and delivered by a senior consultant. Work does not get handed to junior staff after scoping.

Each engagement has a clear scope and a fixed fee. Clients know what to expect from the outset — there are no scope additions billed mid-project.
Confidentiality as Standard
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not reference client names in marketing, and NDAs are available on request.
